TruePath Express provides consignment, shipping, and package tracking services. We act as a logistics intermediary, facilitating the transportation of packages from sender to recipient through our network of carriers and partners.
All shipping fees must be paid in full before a package enters transit. Payments are processed securely through our third-party payment provider. All prices are listed in USD unless otherwise stated. Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis and are subject to our refund policy.
We provide real-time tracking for all shipments processed through our platform. Tracking information is updated at each checkpoint in the delivery pipeline. While we strive for accuracy, tracking data may occasionally experience delays due to system updates or carrier-side latency.
All packages shipped through TruePath Express are covered by basic shipping insurance. Additional insurance coverage may be purchased at the time of shipment creation. Insurance claims are processed within 14 business days of submission.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to our services for any user who violates these terms, engages in fraudulent activity, or misuses our platform in any way.
TruePath Express reserves the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Changes take effect immediately upon posting to this page. Continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Texas, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.
